These problems often begin in the first eight weeks, and include nausea and vomiting of pregnancy, breast discomfort, urinary complaints, constipation and hemorrhoids, as well as musculo-skeletal discomfort.

Tiredness
The physical and mental strain during pregnancy can be immense, and any stage of pregnancy can result in tiredness. While exercise can help with tiredness, sometimes the best way to deal with tiredness is to have more rest and sleep.

Nausea and vomiting
