Major Symptoms of Pregnancy
Vaginal Bleeding - Antepartum Haemorrhage
Abdominal pain, including contractions
Premature rupture of membranes
Headache, unwell
Collapse, including convulsions
Cessation of fetal movement

There are some major symptoms that require immediate attention during pregnancy (see above). While the occurrence of these symptoms does not assume an adverse outcome for the pregnancy, they signal the possibility of serious perinatal complications.
